“I love the ooze of cheese from the chile relleno atop the meat patty and the earthy roasted pepper flavors all mingling,” says Mary Sue Milliken, chef/owner (with Susan Feniger) of Los Angeles area favorite Border Grill.  “I like a smallish patty (due to the richness of the chile relleno accompaniment) and I love the soft bun and crunchy chipotle thousand island.”
