    whole wheat flour

    all-purpose flour

    baking powder

    teaspoon
    baking soda
    1/2
    teaspoon
    salt

    ripe bananas, mashed
    1/2
    cup
    soy milk
    1
    teaspoon
    vanilla
    1/3
    cup
    dulce de leche
    Directions
    Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350. Grease loaf pan(s) and set aside.
    Step 2
    In bowl of stand mixer cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Step 3
    In a separate bowl sift or thoroughly mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add mashed banana, soy milk, and vanilla to butter. Mix on low until combined.
    Step 4
    Slowly add dry ingredients into wet ingredients, 1/3 at a time. Mix on low until mixture is moist and all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Do not over mix.
    Step 5
    Using a spatula fold dulce de leche into bread dough. Fill greased loaf pan(s) with dough until 3/4 full.
    Step 6
    Bake for 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the loaf comes out clean.
