In a 10” non-stick skillet, heat the vegetable oil. Add the pork chops, and brown on one side for 4 minutes. Turn pork chops, and brown on the other side for 4 minutes. Remove the pork chops from the pan and set aside on a platter, and keep warm.
Add the mushrooms, and cook for about 5 minutes and transfer to the platter with the pork. Season the pork with with freshly cracked black pepper.
Pour the Campbell's® Healthy Request® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup and ½ can of water into the skillet, heat over medium heat and whisk to combine well. Add the chile powder, and whisk until well combined.
Simmer the sauce for 2-3 minutes. Pour the sauce over the pork chops and mushrooms, and serve immediately.
