    Mosquito Coast Rum Cocktail

    AOC’s celebrated barman Christiaan Rollich created the “Mosquito Coast” – a chilled (and spicy) cocktail that features Flor de Caña premium rum with splashes of fresh pineapple juice, pistachio syrup, and a dash of Chile de Arbol Tincture – providing a fun alternative to the pina coladas and mint mojitos.

    Flor de Caña 7 Year Rum

    ounce
    fresh pineapple juice
    1
    ounce
    fresh lemon juice
    3/4
    ounce
    pistachio syrup
    1/4
    ounce
    Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
    *
    Chile de Arbol Tincture to taste
    *
    Angostura bitters
    Directions
    Add all ingredients except for the bitters in a glass, stir add crushed ice, use a swizzle stick. Top of with angostura bitters.
    Garnish: Umbrella, cherries, lemon wheel, ears of the pineapple.
