On days hot or cold, sometimes there is nothing better than a tall glass of lemonade. Especially if you’re drinking Limonada con Panela. A refreshing drink made with panela, lime juice and water, this limonada is simple to make and can’t be beat.
Add juice of limes to pitcher. Add grated panela to lime juice and stir until dissolved. Add water and stir to combine.
Chill for several hours or serve immediately over ice. If time permits, make ice cubes out of lemonade so flavor is not diluted.
