    Prunes with Roquefort, Raisins, and Pine Nuts make a delightful snack or sweet appetizer thanks to their delectable filling featuring savory Roquefort cheese mixed with pine nuts, raisins, sweet sherry and half and half.

    Roquefort cheese

    pine nuts

    Malaga wine or sweet sherry

    pitted prunes
    Directions
    Crumble Roquefort into bowl and mash lightly with fork. Add pine nuts, raisins, wine, and cream and mix to paste. Spoon paste inside prunes and secure prunes with toothpick.
    Put prunes on plate and chill before serving.
